 Q. What  services do you offer?

A. Clean Freak offers a wide range of services from cleaning, to outdoor window cleaning, to errand services. We also offer commercial cleaning for your business.

Q. What areas do you service?
A
. Clean Freak proudly services Friendswood, CLear Lake, Pearland, League City, Dickinson, and surrounding areas in and around Houston.

Q. Do I need to supply anything?
A.
Clean Freak supplies all cleaning products and equipment. If you have certain products that you prefer to use simply leave them out on the day of your service
and we will use them.

Q. Do I need to be home on the day of service?
A.
There is never a problem with the customer being home on the day of service, however it is not required. Most customers choose to have a spare key made
and entrust it to Clean Freak. This eliminates the need to hide a key, or have to be home on the day of service. Clean Freak uses a secure key storage to keep
all customers keys safe.

Q. How do I pay for services?
A.
Clean Freak accepts cash, check, or money order for services. PLease make all checks payable to Clean Freak. Payment is left on the bar or table on the day of
of service.

Q. How much notice do I need to give for errand services?
A.
While most errands can be made the same day, a 24 hour notice is prefered.

Q. What are packaged services?
A.
By choosing one of our packaged services you can save money on cleaning combined with our most popular optional services.
